1. Chess.ceo is run by ChessGM OÜ (imprint). Using it means you accept these terms.
2. Your files are yours. We store them to run the service. Don't upload what you have no right to.
3. Don't misuse the service (attacks, scraping, abuse). We can close accounts that do.
4. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Payments go through Stripe, Apple or Google. EU consumers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. The service is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage, including data loss and downtime.
6. Estonian law applies. The mandatory consumer protections of your country stay in place.
